About
About Irie Homes
A Cedar Rapids family business building custom homes with exceptional care. Our name means peace, and it is how we want every project to feel. Mark plans and prices, Emily and her Irie Interiors team guide the selections, and Collin runs the job site.

Who you’ll work with
Mark
An award-winning builder with great attention to detail. Mark is your guide from the first conversation to the day construction begins. He handles all planning, pricing and pre-build work, so your lot, floor plan, budget and scope are settled before a single board is cut.
Emily
Emily leads Irie Interiors. She and her team guide you through the selection process, from finishes and fixtures to cabinetry and lighting, so your home feels finished the day you walk in. Her clients come from Cedar Rapids and across the country.
Collin
Collin runs every job site and handles day-to-day project management. He keeps your build on schedule and keeps you up to date from the first stake to the final walk-through.
Where we build
